SUPPLIMAX Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward and fair, in line with UK consumer rights.
Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
- All damages, issues, or undelivered items must be reported within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking information).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products or items with a broken seal cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Subscriptions
- Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed.
- To avoid renewal, cancellations, product swaps, or address updates must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account.
UK Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period
As a UK customer, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. This statutory right applies alongside our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
